Bionic Woman - Michelle Ryan - S01.07 "Trust Issues"

Is Bionic Woman strong enough to survive the Writers Guild of America strike?  The negative press against the striking writers has to be a negative PR campaign waged by the studios.

Margie reviews BW episode 1.06, “The List,” and likes what she sees.  Jordan Bridges is back and he and Jaime are headed to Paris to stop a bad guy.  Oh, and their cover is a married couple.  Cute.

Kevin Rankin has become a favorite around here and we post the best Nathan clips from episode 1.06.  Watch as Nathan arrives in Paris and makes an entrance as only Nathan can.

Callum Keith Rennie, better known for his role on Battlestar Galactica as Leoben Conoy, guest stars on Bionic Woman as the terrorist of the week.  He’s got a list of covert CIA agents and he is selling it to the highest bidder.

Bionic Woman only has two original episode left before running out.  Some shows have more, but the staff turnover and creative differences have left the show almost empty.

WatchingBionicWoman.com supports the Writers Guild of America strike and explains why you should too.

Margie responds to commenter Kel who doesn’t support the WGA strike.  Watch out Kel.

Bionic Woman’s action sequences leave much to be desired.  Commenters Jim and Chris offer their two cents on how the show could improve these.

Cast regular Will Yun Lee, a.k.a., Berkut Group martial arts expert Jae Kim makes People Magazine’s annual Sexiest Man Alive issue.  Although the top honor went to Matt Damon this year, Lee’s suave moves and smoldering style caught the editor’s eyes and landed him a coveted spot on the list.

About Bionic Woman

Welcome to the best site on the web for news about Bionic Woman! Bionic Woman is a re-imagined, updated television drama inspired by the original 1970s show starring Lindsey Wagner. Helmed by the same creative team responsible for reviving Battlestar Galactica on the Sci-Fi Channel, the new Bionic Woman is darker than the 1970s original series but not quite as dark as BSG. The new show stars Michelle Ryan as the title character, Jaime Sommers, and Katee Sackhoff as her nemesis/frenemy Sarah Corvus. Each episode provides Jaime with an opportunity to further adapt to her bionic implants, and plots usually focus on her struggles to raise her teenage sister Becca while fighting techno terrorism and other types of crime. Bionic Woman airs on channels around the world, and in the United States it appears on Wednesday nights at 9:00/8:00 Central on NBC.
